Three steps. About ten business days. No surprises — we send a real proof so you know exactly what you're getting before we run a single thread.

Iconic Richardson 112, Sportsman SP12 beanie, or any blank we stock. 205 colors in the catalog. Call if you need something we don't list — we probably have it.

Send us your art.
Vector files preferred (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) but a phone photo of an old logo works too. Flat embroidery, 3D puff, or leather patch — we'll suggest based on the art.

Approve. Ship.
We send a digital proof within one business day. If anything's wrong, we redo it — no charge. Once approved, we ship in 7–10 business days.
